I find breakfast unique among the meals of the day for its consistency. At least for most of my life I'll eat the exact same breakfast every day around the same time and gradually phase into a different breakfast cycle every few months. Right now I toast an everything bagel, glob on plain cream cheese, season with the Trader Joe's everything bagel seasoning, then scatter some capers on top and eat with black coffee. Except for today as I'm a little sick so it's yogurt parfait and orange juice.

What do you eat for breakfast?

I'm glad you asked. I was supposed to eat at a fancy cafe with my boss and skip but the skip was late so we just took our meeting in the office. Because of this, my whole day is out of balance. I was going to have crepes but instead I ate 1.5 donuts (brought in fortuitously by a coworker) and a diet dr pepper. For lunch I had 0.5 donuts and a HUEL BLACK which is a meal replacement shake a la soylent with high protein. So it's a lowish-fat protein shake with omega 3s basically. Throughout the day, two of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had in my life.

I AM AMERICAN I am the blobman. I am fat and I eat burgers and slop at my suburban office job.

i pretty much cycle between scrambled eggs + toast (or crumpet), oatmeal with peanut butter and nuts, and some other third things. have thought about getting into smoothies for the summertime. i always have a cup of black coffee with whatever i am having.

tbh i have always tried to become a no breakfast kind of person but if i don't have something, i will have blood sugar crash within two to three hours of waking and feel like passing out or dying. not fat btw.

Coffee-chicory mix and air, then a few hours later, a breakfast that looks like a small lunch.
It changes every few months. During winter, it was coffee and milk, protein pudding and bread and cheese as soon as I woke up.

Breakfast is for fatties, if you’re really that hungry when you wake up then just go eat an apple and drink some water.

Anyways, whenever I end up eating something for breakfast it’s usually eggs or wheetbix + bananas + yogurt.

I also really like oatmeal and adding it to everything

in a perfect world I'd eat some high fiber toast, avocado, evoo, and some crushed walnuts or type of nut idk
pair with oatmeal, cinnamon, dark berries
and pb/banana protein smoothie

Scrambled eggs and a glass of orange juice. It is simply a perfect breakfast.
