with the warmer weather coming in, my mind has drifted to thoughts of physical activity and getting /fit/
however, i'll admit my mental sluggishness has corresponded also to physical neglect. i pretty routinely followed a strength training regiment for 5+ years, but lost the willpower about 6 months ago. i don't know why. i've tried different motivations, such as fear (of growing old and weak) or vanity (getting hot), but i think i just lost my taste for grunting out deadlifts and benchpresses and such.
i've taken up running in its stead, but i'm very bad at it and have injury prone ankles/feet. however, i enjoy that i can just walk out of the front gate and start running, no need to drive somewhere to just to get around to starting the activity.
curious what you anons may do or have planned. is that rugby anon still around here?
